# Troubleshooting

## Troubleshooting

### The recipient can't receive privately

**"Recipient has no encrypted account."** The person you're sending to hasn't set up their encrypted account yet. They need to connect their wallet to HEAA Dark Pool and create one before they can receive private funds.

### My token isn't recognized in the swap desk

If you refer to a token by ticker and it isn't found, it may be that you don't currently hold it, or it isn't matched by name. Paste the token's **contract address** directly and the desk will resolve it.

### "Not enough SOL to claim"

Claiming received notes needs a small amount of SOL in your wallet to cover the network fee (around 0.01 SOL). Add a little SOL to your wallet and try again.

### My encrypted stash shows funds I already claimed

The stash checks the blockchain to confirm which notes are genuinely unclaimed. If something looks off, use **Refresh** to re-sync — already-claimed notes will drop off.

### A transaction timed out

Occasionally a transaction takes longer than expected to confirm. Your funds are safe — nothing is lost on a timeout. Refresh your balances to see the current state, and retry the action if needed.

### An error popped up in the corner

HEAA Dark Pool shows errors as a red window in the bottom-right corner with a short explanation. Most are self-explanatory (insufficient balance, recipient not set up, not enough SOL for fees). Address what it mentions and try again.

### Connecting my wallet

Make sure your wallet (such as Phantom) is installed and unlocked, then click Connect and approve in the wallet popup. If the button shows "Initializing," give it a moment to finish loading before clicking.
